Steel Structure Workshop is formed by the main framework including Steel Column, Roof Beam, Column X Cross Bracing, Roof Bracing, Fly Bracing, Tie Beam.
Roof and wall using a variety of panels together with other components such as windows and doors.
The steel structure Workshop has the advantages of wide span, high strength, lightweight, low cost, temperature protection, save energy, beautiful appearance, short construction time, good effect of insulation, long using life, space-efficient, good seismic performance, flexible layout, etc.

The wall and roof panel of Steel Structure Workshop is made corrugated so that they overlap when they are fitted together. This doesn’t leave any openings so that the building is insulated against outside conditions.
This helps keep the building warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, saving you on energy costs.

Production Process

Step 1, Cutting
We use the steel raw materials purchased by the world-famous An Steel to ensure the high quality of steel structure products from the source of the production process. iBeehive has three different advanced cutting machines: CNC cutting machine, oxygen-acetylene semi-automatic cutting machine and steel flame cutting machine. Cutting raw materials, the maximum cutting thickness is 300mm, and the large-span computer typesetting makes the cutting of steel structural parts more precise, which saves customers raw materials to the greatest extent.

Step 2, Assembly
The assembly machine is responsible for assembling the steel structure, which is convenient for welding and increases work efficiency. In the centering process, the synchronous transmission of the positive and negative screw rods is used, and the clamping mechanism can be synchronously clamped and synchronized. It can ensure the positioning of the webs and wings of different widths within the specification range, and the alignment is accurate, no need to adjust each time; the automatic assembly of variable section H-shaped steel can be set according to user requirements. The hydraulic system is equipped with a fine filter to ensure long-term reliable operation of the solenoid valve.

Step 3, Welding
Adopt advanced door automatic welding machine, Lincoln submerged arc welding machine, DC electric welding machine, high weld quality, good stability and high production efficiency. At the same time, we have CWI inspector to ensure that our products meet the high standards of AWS D1.1 D1.5 welding.

Step 4, Straighten
The straightening machine ensures that the steel structural parts will not be distorted by thermal expansion and contraction after welding.

Step 5, Blasting
Shot blasting machine, manual sand blasting machine, the service life of steel structural parts is at least 50 years.
